There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?
If an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Support via the contact form or +3185 88 88 878. We will then find a suitable solution.
What should I do if an item is broken upon arrival?
Fill in the contact form including an indication of which item is broken, the order number, and clear pictures of the damage. After you have received an answer from our Customer Support, you can return the broken item free of charge with the included return label or via a Sissy-Boy store near you. Include the quality/order number on the outside of your package.
What is the status of my order?
Did you choose home delivery? You will receive a track & trace code from PostNL via e-mail with a link to track your order. Did you choose to collect in a store? You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready for you in the store.
What are the shipping costs of my order?
Shipping via PostNL: €3.95 per order and FREE from €100
Collection in a Sissy-Boy store: FREE.
I want to have my order sent abroad. What will this cost?

Deviating shipping costs apply to a number of Homeland products. This depends on the weight and the size of the item. The shipping costs are listed with the relevant product during the checkout process. The costs for furniture are added to the costs for standard shipping EU*.

Will I receive discount as a Sissy-Boy Family Member?
As a Sissy-Boy Family member, you save 5% on each purchase, except for Daily and the gift card. You can use these Family Rewards with your next purchase, both in stores and online.
How can I use my savings credit?
By logging in online, you immediately see your Family Rewards and save on your online purchases. During the ordering process, you can choose how many rewards you want to use. In a Sissy-Boy store, you can specify your name/e-mail address/customer number at the cash register. You can indicate whether you want to use your saved credit or not.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Credit Cards, the Sissy-Boy gift card, or you can post-pay with Klarna. A maximum amount of €490 applies to Klarna.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Because our order process is mostly automated, it is not possible to make changes to your order or cancel it after placing it.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We strive to deliver online orders placed before 6:00 PM on the next business day in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you have your order delivered to a store, we need approximately 5 business days to process this. Our stores receive deliveries from the Online Store on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready for you.
Is it possible to receive a business invoice?
It isn't possible to receive a business invoice.
Can I have my package shipped to a different delivery address?
You can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address. You can choose this option while placing your order.
In what ways can I have the package delivered?
You can have your order delivered to a mailing address or to a Sissy-Boy store.
