Are you not satisfied with the purchase you have made or do you like to send somethign back because it does not fit?
You can! At Sissy-Boy, you have 14 days to return an item. You can do this from the Netherlands via a PostNL point or in one of our Sissy-Boy stores in the Netherlands or Belgium.

If you do not have a return form please click here and print the form.
The following conditions apply:
• The item is complete and not used, worn, or damaged (of course, fitting is allowed). Underwear, swimwear, and jewellery cannot be returned.
• Includes any attached tags and the original packaging.
• Returns are only possible in combination with the bill. Preferably complete the enclosed return form.
Our return policy can also be found on the return form that is included with your order.
You can ship returns inside the Netherlands via a PostNL point. Is there a PostNL point near you? Here, you can find your nearest PostNL point.
Hand your package over to PostNL with the provided return sticker or the following address on the outside: Sissy-Boy Online Antwoordnummer 377 1940VB Amsterdam (returns are free of charge in the Netherlands only)
You will receive a delivery receipt with a track & trace code. This track & trace code can be used to see whether your return shipment has reached us.
Returning large items:
Have you received furniture or a large item via PostNL and do you want to return the item for free (in the Netherlands only)? Then we ask you to bring the item to a PostNL point yourself. There is no free pick-up service available.
Have you received an item via Transmission and do you want to return it? Then the return costs are for your own account. Contact our Customer Service Department for a return appointment and information about the shipping costs.
Returning items from the AMSTERDAM series (hocker, armchair, loveseat, sofa and cushions)
Your return will be processed within 14 days. We will refund the amount to the account that was used for payment.
If you have paid shipping costs for the delivery of your online order, then these will be refunded when you return the entire order. If you only return part of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a credit note via e-mail. Have you received your credit note? Then the amount will be added to your account within 24 hours.
Returning sale items
It is also possible to return a sale item via our Online Store under the same conditions. This is also possible at our stores if it is within the 14-day period.
