01. What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Credit Cards, or post-pay with Klarna. If you order large furniture, we ask for a down payment of 30%. The remaining payment will occur through online payment approximately one week before delivery. Scroll to top

02. Can I also pay afterwards?

You can pay afterwards with Klarna, with a maximum amount of €490. You receive an invoice from Klarna three days after your order, after which you have two weeks to complete the payment.

If your payment was unsuccessful, the order will not be processed in our system. This means your order will not be shipped. You can place the order again.

11. What should I do if an item is broken upon arrival?

Send an e-mail to customersupport@sissy-boy.com including an indication of which item is broken, the order number, and clear pictures of the damage. After you have received an answer from our Customer Support, you can return the broken item free of charge with the included return label or via a Sissy-Boy store near you. Did you choose home delivery? You will receive a track & trace code from PostNL via e-mail with a link to track your order. Did you choose to collect in a store? You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready for you in the store.

Deviating shipping costs apply to a number of Homeland products. This depends on the weight and the size of the item. The shipping costs are listed with the relevant product during the checkout process. The costs for furniture are added to the costs for standard shipping EU*.

17. Will I receive discount as a Sissy-Boy Family member?

As a Sissy-Boy Family member, you save 5% on each purchase, except for Daily and the gift card. You can use these Family Rewards with your next purchase, both in stores and online.

18 How can I use my savings credit?

BY logging in online, you immediately see your Family Rewards and save on your online purchases. During the ordering process, you can choose how many rewards you want to use. In a Sissy-Boy store, you can specify your name/e-mail address/customer number at the cash register. You can indicate whether you want to use your saved credit or not.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Credit Cards, or you can post-pay with Klarna. A maximum amount of €490 applies to Klarna.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Because our order process is mostly automated, it is not possible to make changes to your order or cancel it after placing it.

What is the delivery time of my order?

We strive to deliver online orders within 3 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you have your order delivered to a store, we need approximately 5 business days to process this. Our stores receive deliveries from the Online Store on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready for you.

You can return your package for free via PostNL using the return label or to a Sissy-Boy store near you.

28. How long does it take before my return is processed?

When you return the package via PostNL, it will take 1 to 2 days for us to receive it. After that, we assume a processing time of approximately 14 days.

It takes approximately 5 business days for your package to be delivered to a store. Our stores receive deliveries from the Online Store on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the order is available.

34. How long does it take before my money is back on my account?

If you return the package via PostNL, it takes approximately 1 to 2 days for us to receive it. We then assume a processing time of approximately 14 days. You will receive a credit note via e-mail once your return has been processed. The amount will then be refunded to the account used for the payment within 24 hours.

35. I have paid for my online purchase in the store. How will I receive a refund?

We need your IBAN number in order to process the return. We will transfer the money to this account number.

36. I lost my return label. What should I do?

38. How can I unsubscribe from the Family Member newsletter?

If you sign up as a Family Member, you automatically also receive the Family Member newsletters with an update of your credit. This is a condition for being allowed to participate in our loyalty programme. Therefore, you can only unsubscribe to our Family Member newsletters by opting out of our Sissy-Boy Family loyalty programme. To do this, log in to your account and click on edit at 'registration'. Note that this will cause your saved credit to become void!

Some products from the Online Store can be ordered with gift packaging. We charge an amount of €1 for this service. Clothing and apparel can only be delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Poland. Furniture from our Homeland brand can underlie restrictions for shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Extra shipping costs apply for heavier and larger products.
