Shipping time and cost in the Benelux
You can have your order delivered at home by PostNL or a local transport partner or collect it at a Sissy-Boy store of your choosing.

If the order is placed before 16:00 PM on Mondays through Fridays we ship it out the same day. In the Netherlands this means that if you choose to have the package delivered by PostNL, the order will be delivered to you on the next business day or on Saturday. Internationally shipping times vary on your location. You can find more detailled information in the list below.  

Shipping/processing costs are charged for each order:

  • Shipping via PostNL in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg: 3.95 EUR per order and above 100 EUR: FREE
  • Collection in a Sissy-Boy store in The Netherlands and Belgium: FREE

Shipping outside the Benelux*
The average delivery time for our international shipments is 4-5 days. The delivery costs per country are:

Deviating shipping costs
Deviating shipping costs apply to a number of Homeland products. This depends on the weight and the size of the item. The shipping costs are listed with the relevant product and indicated during the checkout process. These items will be delivered to the first door, but can be delivered to another floor when you pay an additional charge. The shipping costs per item are as follows:

Small furniture (per product)
Shipping surcharge EUR 14.95

Large furniture (per product)
Netherlands EUR 49.95

*The costs of small and large furniture are added to the standard shipping cost EU.*
*Sofas have different shipping costs for transport outside the Netherlands. These are indicated at the product or can be requested at our customer services.

Tracking your order
You receive a track & trace number via e-mail to track your order. You can do this by clicking the track & trace number from your e-mail.

Exceptions
Around busy periods, different delivery times may apply to all shipping options. We will inform you of the current delivery time during the checkout process. Longer delivery times may also apply to large furniture, this is always indicated with the relevant item.

Not at home upon delibery of the order
If you are not home the first time, PostNL or the local transport partner will offer you the package again on the next day. The transport company can also deliver the package to your neighbours. If the package cannot be delivered after three days, the package will be returned to the Online Store Warehouse. For more information, go to www.postnl.nl.

You can also choose to collect your order in one of the Sissy-Boy stores in The Netherlands or in Belgium. We do not charge shipping for this. You can collect the order at the cash register of the relevant store.

Note: This option only applies to orders for our Dutch and Belgium clients.

If you place your order before 16:00 PM, your package is usually available within five business days at the selected Sissy-Boy store. The relevant store will notify you by phone when the order is ready for you.

Note: when you collect the order, you must be able to present a valid identity document (passport, ID card, or driving license).
The order remains available in the store you have selected for 14 days. If the shipment is not collected within these 14 days, it will be returned to sender.

Different delivery address
You can also choose to have the order delivered to a different delivery address. This is useful if the order is a gift or you want to have it delivered at work.

Cancelled items
We constantly monitor our online stock with the utmost care. However, we depend on multiple factors for the delivery of orders. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, it may occur during processing of the order that a product you have ordered is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality standards set by us. If this is the case, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item, including shipping.
